Get help with Imagineers media apps in ChatGPT, including connection problems, uploads, generation and playback.

Email support@imagineers.studio. Include the app name, a description of the problem and, if available, the generation ID or a screenshot. Do not send your password or authentication tokens.

Account and connection help

These apps use Firemoon for account authorization and media processing. Connect the app to your Firemoon account when ChatGPT asks. You can manage or disconnect the app in ChatGPT settings.

Media and privacy requests

For removal of uploaded media or generated results, email support with the relevant account email and result identifiers. For Imagineers account deletion, contact accounts@imagineers.studio. We may need to verify ownership before acting on a request.

Before you retry

If a request times out, keep the generation ID and check whether the saved result is available before generating again. For playback problems, report whether the issue occurred in the mobile app or a browser.
