Media app terms

These terms apply to Imagineers media apps in ChatGPT and supplement the Imagineers terms of service. Firemoon provides account authorization and media processing for these apps. OpenAI’s applicable terms govern your use of ChatGPT.

Your content and permissions

Only submit media and instructions you have the right to use and process. Obtain appropriate permission for content depicting other people. Do not use the apps for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or rights-infringing content, or to bypass safeguards.

Processing and results

You authorize the service and the providers required for your selected task to process the media and instructions you submit and deliver the requested output. Use of uploaded and generated media is described in the media app privacy notice.

Generated and transformed media can contain errors, distortions or unexpected changes. Review results before publishing or relying on them. Exact likeness, text, object details, motion, audio, sizing and continuity are not guaranteed. Styling previews are visual concepts, not measurements, fit guarantees or professional advice. Generated output is not guaranteed to be unique or free of third-party rights.

Availability and accounts

Processing requires a connected Firemoon account and is subject to the selected tool’s file, format and duration limits. Availability may vary by app release, provider availability and platform support. Keep your account credentials secure. If a request fails or its status is uncertain, check for an existing result before submitting it again.
